This means we can provide clients with the latest and most advanced event industry software that there is around.
The software can manage registrations through any device. Reports can be provided at any time and can be accessed remotely. The software and can link into scanning devices or tablets to manage several registrations quickly and efficiently in addition to integrating seamlessly with a dynamic event app and virtual meeting platforms.
We have extensive destination management experience of destinations in the UK, Europe, US, South America and Asia.
In addition to our own local knowledge and experience, we have a network of tried and tested destination management companies who support us to ensure our clients’ needs are met wherever in the world the event is taking place. We have built up many of these relationships over numerous years so that our respective teams work closely with each other to deliver a seamless and joined up service to ensure an excellent delegate experience.
Our onsite delivery is such that nothing is too much of a problem for our team.
We anticipate problems before they occur and look to find a solution to every situation. We ensure every detail is taken care of.

We review contracts every day - we can provide consultancy services or can act as a disclosed agent or can contract directly.
Either way, we can readily interrogate the details of a contract to ensure the terms are optimised in the best interests of our clients.
Negotiating the best value and price is clearly vital along with any added value aspects that can be achieved but when it comes down to the detail of the contract it is areas such as deposit payment terms and timings, cancellation terms and timings, which items are included and which are not.

Put simply - we aim to bring virtual meetings to life. Delegate invitation and registration tools, such as Cvent, can be fully integrated to deliver a seamless delegate experience and a highly efficient logistical process. The result is an interactive and engaging solution.
As technology has become more robust, the emphasis is on audience engagement. We are developing all manner of ideas to include gamification, polling, Q&As, break out initiatives as well as integrating offline activities - all designed to increase engagement and achieve an enhanced ROO/ROI.
We see an ongoing role for virtual meetings in the future and would also expect many future face to face meetings to have a hybrid part to them.
We also see some larger international meetings operating on a hub and spoke basis with smaller in country hosted meetings taking place simultaneously to a main hub meeting with content being shared.
